end of the Thera-Band system of progressive balance training. Unlike many competitors’
products, they are durable and lightweight. Made of molded plastic, the square Rocker Board
and round Wobble Board also offer security and versatility in the form of an anti-slip bottom
and a textured top for additional proprioceptive input.
